Genes the key to Memory

Despite it not being popular or politically correct to say so, men and woman are not equal. Continually research shows that there are very real differences in the sexes and how we process information, make decisions and now how we commit information to memory.

Men have a better capacity for facts and figures yet struggle to recall birthday and anniversary dates. Researchers from Kings College in London believe that it’s all got to do with men and woman using different genes when creating memories. The findings could have significant implications for research into Alzheimer’s.
