The idea that you can “Sell And Rent Back” is a relatively new idea in the UK Property market.
I want to tell everyone about this because someone I know did this and it turned around their life…
Beforehand they had debts up to their eye balls, a mortgage to pay and were made redundant from their job. They couldn’t claim Housing Benefit because they owned their house, and were facing the risk of being repossessed in the very near future.
Afterwards, they had no debts, no mortgage and no rent to pay!
Unbelieveable I know, but how they did it was simple.
A couple of investment companies specialise in this - like www.SellAndRentBackHouse.co.uk - and other investment companies like www.HousesForCashUK.co.uk do it as well.
You sell them your house and then rent your house back off them, using the cash you get to pay off all your debts. They will go through your debts with you to make sure the plan will work and the finance “stacks up”.
I have never even heard about doing this before so I thought I would spread this about to help other people.
